At Grandmas Pure Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, all-natural food products. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

As a food retailer, we are responsible for ensuring that all of our products are safe for consumption. Once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to guarantee its safety or quality. This is why we do not accept returns of any kind, with the exception of incorrect items sent.

In the rare event that we have sent you the incorrect items, we will gladly exchange them for store credit. We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and we apologize for any inconvenience.
